Mangosteen is very crisp, fresh, tangy, sweet. When I first spray it on, it almost gives me that same feeling you get when you taste a fresh lemon. This is a fun fragrance, it's different - but then everything from FRESH is different. This is a great fruity/citrus alternative to the run of the mill fragrances on the market, and is great for spring and summer. Unfortunately, the fragrance doesn't last very long on your skin. You really have to spray it on your clothing to be able to smell it after several hours. I've enjoyed wearing this fragrance, but I wouldn't buy it again. [The two fragrances that I absolutely love from FRESH are: Tuberosa (discontinued) and Fig Apricot. I actually purchased a second bottle of Fig Apricot just in case it also gets discontinued. The remainder of Tuberosa that I have is coveted and kept in a cool, dark place.]
