Fruity, exotic, green, passion fruit, tutti frutti.
Guava is the fruit of the guava tree, an evergreen in the myrtaceae family. Guava has thick, juicy pink or white flesh with an intense, exotic flavor. It grows in warm latitudes: South America, the Caraibbean and elsewhere.
The exotic fragrance of guava is recreated in the laboratory by perfumers.
The guava note is used essentially in women’s scents, to which it brings a pulpy, fruity, green fragrance with exotic nectar accents.
Guava has fragile but very tasty flesh. It can be eaten fresh, drunk in nectar (alone or blended with other exotic fruits), eaten as jam and more. The guava tree is also appreciated for its ornamental role – it has elegant white or pink blossoms, with numerous stamens.
